Overview
These terms govern your use of Reyndex, including accounts, plans, billing, acceptable use, and data ownership. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Service description
Reyndex is an email-to-structured-data platform that connects your Gmail mailbox(es), processes incoming candidate emails and attachments, stores structured candidate records, and provides AI-powered candidate extraction.
Accounts
- You must sign in with a Google account. Reyndex does not offer email and password authentication.
- Each Google account may create one Reyndex account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Workspaces are the organizational unit. Each workspace has one owner with full control, including billing and member management.
Free plan
New accounts start with a 7-day live-sync trial. No credit card is required. After 7 days, mailbox sync pauses. Existing candidates and remaining credits stay available while the workspace remains active. Upgrade to resume sync and recurring credits.
Billing and plans
- Paid is billed monthly or annual via Stripe. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
- Recurring add-ons follow the selected billing cycle of the paid plan.
- AI credit top-up packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
- Paid subscription cancellation does not delete workspace data. After paid access ends, the workspace moves to limited access unless it is deleted. Unused AI credits are non-refundable; remaining credits stay usable until they expire.
Your data
You retain ownership of all candidate data you upload or generate through Reyndex. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data storage, processing, and deletion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Reyndex to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious software, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
Limitation of liability
Reyndex is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email associated with your account. Your continued use of Reyndex after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
