Release notes
The latest product updates and release notes for Reyndex
More control over dashboard enrichments
Updating your candidate table is now easier, with more control over when enrichments run and a clearer view of what needs refreshing.
- Save now, run when you’re ready: Update column settings without starting enrichments, or save and run in one flow
- Know what to expect: Review which columns may run, how many rows are affected, and estimated AI credits before you confirm
- Avoid repeating work: Quick runs skip rows already run with the current column settings
- Stay in control of updates: Auto-run now handles first runs only. Previous results stay available and are marked out of date when their source data or column settings change, so you can choose when to refresh them
- Spend less time setting up: Duplicate AI and Notion enrichment columns with their settings instead of starting from scratch
Sync candidates to Notion
You can now send candidates from your Reyndex table to a Notion database. Keep candidate records alongside your team’s notes and hiring workflows without copying fields between the two tools.
- Choose what goes to Notion: Map candidate details and dashboard values, including AI enrichment results, to properties in your database
- Send one candidate or many: Run individual rows or run the Notion enrichment column across your candidates, with a status and page link for each row
- Control what gets sent: Add a run condition so only the candidates that meet your rule are sent to Notion
- Keep records up to date: Enable Auto-run to send new candidates and changes to mapped values to Notion without starting each update manually
To get started, connect Notion in Integrations and add a Notion enrichment column to your dashboard. Updates flow from Reyndex to Notion; changes made in Notion are not imported back into Reyndex.
Protect accounts and workspaces with multi-factor authentication
You can now add an authenticator app to your Reyndex account. With multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled, signing in requires a time-based code from your authenticator as well as your Google sign-in.
- Secure your own account: Enable MFA even if your workspace does not require it
- Set a workspace-wide requirement: Owners and Admins can require everyone to use MFA before accessing the workspace
- Check your team’s setup: Owners and Admins can see which team members have an authenticator configured
Set up your authenticator in Account › Security. Members of a workspace that requires MFA are guided through setup before they can continue into the workspace.
Connect ChatGPT and Claude Desktop with MCP
Your AI assistant can now read candidate data from Reyndex, so you can ask questions about your candidates without copying profiles into a chat. MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects ChatGPT and Claude Desktop to your workspace with your authorization.
- Find candidates in a conversation: Ask for candidates with a particular skill or experience, then follow up about the profiles returned
- Explore a profile: Ask your assistant to summarize a candidate’s work history or highlight skills recorded in Reyndex
- Stay in control: Access is read-only, so the assistant cannot edit your candidates. Review or revoke its access in Account › Connected Apps
Follow the guides to connect ChatGPT or connect Claude Desktop.
Available with the MCP add-on.
Enrich candidate data with AI and seven LLM integrations
You can now run AI prompts against candidate data and save the results directly in your dashboard. Add an AI enrichment column to generate experience summaries, extract specific skills, or turn resume details into consistent fields your team can review.
Choose from seven LLM integrations: Connect your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, xAI, DeepSeek, Z.AI, or OpenRouter, then choose a supported model for your enrichment column. You can also use Reyndex-managed models with workspace credits, without setting up a provider API key.
- Ask for the details you need: Write your own prompt and reference candidate fields or other dashboard values, so the same instructions can run across multiple candidates
- Get consistent results: Define structured output fields, such as an experience summary and a list of technical skills, instead of receiving a different response format for every row
- Control what runs: Enrich one cell or multiple rows, add a run condition so only the candidates that meet your rule are processed, and inspect each cell’s result or error
- Keep results up to date: Enable Auto-run to enrich new candidates and refresh results when the values they depend on change, without starting each run manually
To get started, add an AI enrichment column to your dashboard and choose a model. To use your own API key, connect the provider in Integrations first.
From Gmail to a customizable candidate table
Reyndex turns candidate emails and resumes in Gmail into a shared, searchable candidate workspace. Connect your mailbox to capture candidate data automatically, then organize it in a table built around how your team works.
- Capture candidates from your inbox: Reyndex identifies candidate emails and extracts details from their resumes, reducing manual data entry
- Review profiles in one place: See contact details, skills, work experience, and education alongside the original source files
- Make the table your own: Add custom columns and save views with the fields, filters, and sorting you need
- Work from the same candidate data: Invite teammates into your workspace instead of maintaining separate spreadsheets
Create a workspace and connect Gmail to start building your candidate table.
